Don’t blame
yourself if you haven’t been able to keep your
weight off. Most conventional diet programs are
mass produced and superficial.
These programs assume that by following a
particular diet and by using “willpower” and
self control, you can lose weight and keep it
off. Unfortunately, these approaches have been
colossal failures.
Discouraged dieters erroneously feel weak
willed, anxious, guilty, and depressed. When
